Everything you need to know about working with TBS Collective.

What makes TBS Collective different from other training and nutrition programs?

At TBS Collective, we understand that life is different for everyone. People have different goals for their health, their fitness, and their body. But, not everyone wants a rigid diet to achieve their goals. Not every workout is for everybody. Because of this, at TBS Collective, we work with individuals on a 1:1 basis to help them achieve remarkable results. Our goal is to guide, support and educate you on all things health, wellness and fitness

What's the TBS Collective Consultation Form?

Within your TBS Collective consultation form, you will be asked a series of questions so that we can get to know you (what your goals are, your experience with nutrition, training and lifestyle information). The more information you provide, the more effective of a coach we can be for you. Once you’ve submitted your consultation form, we then review and determine if we would be a good fit working together. If everything works out and we are a good fit, we will schedule an initial consultation call to review your consultation form together to make sure we’re on the same page. From there, we’ll use the information from your form and our consultation to design your personalized program so we can begin achieving your goals.

Does TSB Collective offer meal plans?

No, but as a member, you’ll receive an example meal plan to give you some guidance on what a day could look like. Along with an example meal plan, you also get access to TBS Collective Recipe Books - and yes, they are MyFitnessPal friendly!

What are the weekly and monthly check-ins like?

Check-ins are performed at the start of each week - Before any check-in, all data in your nutrition tracker and any other data points must be up to date. These check-ins are designed to see if any changes need to be made to your program or if there are any other changes in your lifestyle that may need to be tweaked (i.e. getting more sleep!).

Weekly -We’ll check in each week with you via message to go over your past week and current week to date. This is to ensure that we can continuously support you and keep you accountable—this will be the biggest driver to your success.

Monthly Call - We’ll also schedule a monthly video call to discuss your past 2 weeks in more detail. These calls can range anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. While these check-ins are scheduled, if you ever have any questions at any point in the day or week, you always have access to us via text/WhatsApp/email. You aren’t locked in on one email per week. If you need to talk, let’s talk!

Why is there a minimum commitment of 3 months?

We ask for a minimum of 3 month's commitment as this is the minimum amount of time required for you to learn how your body works, how it responds to nutrition, to create long-lasting habits, see results, and most importantly enable you and your coach to find a sustainable system that works for you (a system that will last you for a lifetime).
