And we understand that each person has different experiences, schedules, social lives and overall different mindsets on what fitness means to them which is why we pride ourselves on our individualized approach.

When you partner with a TBS Collective coach, we’re there to guide you every step of the way, helping to remove stressors from the process, and equip you with the knowledge to feel confident about what you need to do, rather than second-guessing every time.

We teach and empower our clients to eat well (and this means eating the foods you enjoy) and to accomplish goals they once thought were impossible (like running a 10k without stopping or fitting into those jeans you loved from last year!). Which is only the tip of the iceberg!

Real-life scenarios in mind

We’ll coach you through day-to-day, like how to navigate a menu when you’re out for dinner with your friends, or what to eat when you’re at a family gathering where there are no restrictions, or how to shift your mindset to understand how a scale isn’t a true measure of fat loss.

About Stephen

Hey there! Glad I caught your eye. I'm Stephen.

I’m the founder of TBS Collective, an online coaching platform that helps ordinary people achieve truly extraordinary results. 

Growing up, my parents always told me that your health is your wealth--and to this today, I live by that rule! 

Throughout my 9 years as a fitness professional and as an MNU Certified Nutritionist, I have helped a number of people achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals through exercise and nutrition. My coaching philosophy is built on long-term relationships with my clients. Everything is tailored to fit my client's individual needs, from building a foundation to totally customizing the training and nutrition program. What I commit to my clients and pride myself on is a fun yet effective approach to coaching (with a sprinkle of singing along the way!).

My goal is to teach people that health and fitness aren’t just short-term goals, it is (or should be) a part of your everyday life. I want to be able to show you how you can incorporate fitness and nutrition into your life and see it as a reward, not a punishment.
