What’s Included in the PT INTRO Offer:
Session 1: Consultation, Movement Screen & Intro Workout (60 mins)
We’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, and training history, followed by a short movement screen. Whatever time is left in the session, we’ll use to get moving in the gym — no pressure, just a feel-good intro to training.
Session 2: Strength-Focused Personal Training Session
A full 1-on-1 training session based on what we’ve learned—focused on building strength, learning new movements, and helping you feel confident and capable in the gym.
Follow-Up & Next Steps
