Lovely people of the world, let me introduce to you… Cerys 

Cerys has been with me since Week 1 - I think she was my second or third client! She’s a stand out not only for her unbelievable transformation, but more importantly her consistency throughout our program.

Over our time of working together, Cerys has successfully lost and kept off over 20 lbs and over 30+ inches from her body (CRAZY right?!) 

While Cerys has smashed her weight loss goal - a big game changer for her has been her consistency in her lifestyle indicators. That meant more sleep (the aim was 7 hours a night), being outside more (getting sunlight on her skin along with daily steps), two gym sessions per week (ranging from 30-60 mins), and managing her work/life stress (taking much needed Cerys-time - and occasionally wine and chocolate)

 
 

As you can see, Cerys has done amazing, but this definitely wasn’t an overnight success. Cerys and I have been working together for over 1 year - brick by brick, goal by goal, habit by habit.
